La artista espa\u00f1ola acreedora de dos Grammy Latino Rosario Flores, ofrecer\u00e1 una presentaci\u00f3n \u00fanica en el The Fillmore del Jackie Gleason Theater\u00a0en Miami Beach el pr\u00f3ximo 23 de septiembre.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

La cantante y compositora de origen gitano, viene a complacer a su fanaticada con un cat\u00e1logo seleccionado de \u00e9xitos, acumulados en m\u00e1s de 33 a\u00f1os de una trayectoria impecable, en su ic\u00f3nica carrera.<\/p>\n

La carism\u00e1tica \u2018cantaora\u2019 deleitar\u00e1 con su majestuoso flamenco y una gama de atractivos trajes. A cargo de la apertura del concierto la acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 la artista Mar\u00eda Toledo. La afamada pianista tocar\u00e1 una selecci\u00f3n de temas de sus discos nominados al Latin\u00a0Grammy\u00a0con conSentido y Magn\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

\"\"Rosario Flores es de todos conocida por ser la integrante menor de una familia de artistas. Su padre, el guitarrista Antonio Gonz\u00e1lez, \u201cEl Pescadilla\u201d y su madre la cantante Lola Flores (fallecida el 16 de mayo 1995), sumado a sus hermanos el fallecido cantante y compositor Antonio Flores (30 de mayo 1995) y la cantante Lolita completan una gama de famosos que acumulan numerosos \u00e9xitos en la Pen\u00ednsula Ib\u00e9rica. Ella comenz\u00f3 en el mundo del espect\u00e1culo como Rosarillo, y a los 12 a\u00f1os tuvo un peque\u00f1o papel en la pel\u00edcula de Antonio Gim\u00e9nez Rico, \u201cAl fin solos\u201d.

El concierto lo abrir\u00e1 la consagrada pianista y cantautora espa\u00f1ola Maria Toledo, imagen del flamenco actual. La primera mujer en la historia del flamenco que canta acompa\u00f1ada del piano, que ella misma interpreta. Aunque es abogada de profesi\u00f3n, es tambi\u00e9n titulada por el Conservatorio, dedic\u00e1ndose completamente a la m\u00fasica.\"\"<\/p>\n

Nominada a los Latin Grammy con dos temas: Con su disco conSentido, Album del A\u00f1o y Mejor Album de m\u00fasica Flamenca y con su ultimo disco Magnetica en Mejor Album de M\u00fasica Flamenca y Mejor Ingenieria de Grabaci\u00f3n para un Album.<\/p>\n

Rosario Flores in Miami Beach<\/strong><\/h3>\n

By popular request, Spanish artist and two time Latin\u00a0GRAMMY winner\u00a0ROSARIO FLORES, will offer a one-night only concert at the\u00a0Fillmore at Jackie Gleason Theater\u00a0in Miami Beach this coming September 23.\"\"<\/p>\n

Flores, singer and songwriter of gypsy origin, will entertain her fans with her catalog of more than 20 hits accumulated during an iconic career of more than 33 years.<\/p>\n

Delighting with her majestic flamenco and in charge of opening the concert will be invited artist Maria Toledo. The famed pianist will play a selection of songs from her Latin\u00a0GRAMMY\u00a0nominated albums\u00a0conSentido y Magn\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

Rosario Flores is the youngest of the three children of guitarist Antonio Gonz\u00e1lez, \u201cEl Pescadilla\u201d, and singer Lola Flores, sister of the late singer and composer Antonio Flores and of the also singer Lolita. She began in the world of show business as Rosarillo, and at 12 had a small role in Antonio Gim\u00e9nez Rico\u2019s film, “Al fin solos”.<\/p>\n

She made her singing debut in 1984 with “Vuela de Noche” which included various songs written by her; but did not receive much critical acclaim. She returned to movies in the film “Colegas”, alongside her brother Antonio and Enrique San Francisco (whom by then were rumored to be dating).<\/p>\n

Her first hit was \u201cDe Ley”, an album in which all the songs were written by her brother Antonio and managed to sell over 500,000 copies. She followed that with “Siento” and in 1996 “Mucho por Vivir”. By then, her mother and brother would die in an interval of only 15 days (Lola Flores died on May 16, 1995 and Antonio on the 30th of the same month.)<\/p>\n
