Estad\u00edsticamente en Estados Unidos se piensa que los Millennials no son estables en sus trabajos, cambiando constantemente de empleo, en la b\u00fasqueda de mejores oportunidades. Algo que favorece a los empleadores que no deben preocuparse por largos terminos de contrato, pago de vacaciones o desahucios. Ambos se utilizan, los Millennials absorven rapidamente los conocimientos y si ya no les interesa, se cambian buscando algo que realmente les realice.<\/p>\n Seg\u00fan los soci\u00f3logos, las empresas est\u00e1n siendo impactadas por la agresividad de compra de esta generaci\u00f3n, dando paso a los Cyber\u2019s Days; idea que ya se ha expandido a otros pa\u00edses. With the increase in sales of sport utility vehicles (SUV), this marketing strategy is focusing on the line of SUV’s now offered by Ford.<\/p>\n The millennials name, or as it is said in Spanish, \u201cmileni\u00f3logos\u201d is an emerging generation of those born between the 80’s and 90’s.<\/p>\n Some of them remember at the beginning of the century (2000), when many of us thought we would have a data crash of our computer memories. Well, nothing happened with the Y2K fear, but they grew up a generation tuned into the cyber age.<\/p>\n As a group that has many of the same features everywhere in the world, with an even greater impact in countries with technological advancement, the Millennials are on the cutting edge of high tech. Many of them depend on social networks, communicate, meet, marry, buy, educate and entertain mostly through the cell phone, the tablet, and computer.<\/p>\n At the meeting these invited young people shared their likes and preferences with respects to autos and other personal vehicles. These millennials and the auto writers then had an opportunity to taste the benefits of the Edge, Escape and Explorer models, through the streets of the City Beautiful, Coral Gables.<\/p>\n Always at the forefront in finding a new niche clientele, Ford Company has become a passionate supporter of social networks such as site owners, YouTube, Facebook, tweeters and bloggers. \nStatistically in the United States, Millennials are thought to be less stable in their jobs; that is, constantly changing jobs in search of better opportunities.
\nThis is something that favors employers who need not worry about long term contracts, vacation pay, or unwilling staff. In truth the Millennials quickly absorb the knowledge needed in a new job, and if they are no longer interested, they change for something that challenges them more.
\nFord recently held a meeting for writers and potential buyers in Coral Gables Florida with a group of Millennials to discuss those things that are a part of their daily lives.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n
\nIt is considered that in America we have at least one to two members of Millennials per household. According to sociologists, companies are being impacted by aggressive buying this generation has adopted, which has led to the Cyber Days. By expanding this idea to many other countries has forced manufacturers to pay close attention to dedicated advertising with maximum graphic information on their networks of their products. Because if they don’t, they risk both positive management approach and sales with a spontaneous very negative rejection. That is the Millennials know what they want and do not tire in searching and comparing until they find what they want.<\/p>\n
